I think that I would definitely like to do something that happened in the past century. I had originally though of doing something involving Jane Austen and how she was received when she first began writing, but I think that it would be difficult to find sources. The same goes for other topics such as the Titanic. I think it would be great to look at America during the Great Depression. Both of my grandmas grew up during this time period, and I have become increasingly interested in this time in American history recently.
